What a night! First and foremost I would like to thank everyone that attended our celebration; it was wonderful to see familiar faces and new ones as well. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and to finally put faces to the names that I have been hearing so much about. Thank you all to the wonderful gifts, Donna and myself are overwhelmed by your generosity and kindness. A special thank you needs to go out for every single person that helped us make the night a success, those that helped arranged our modest home to accommodate the hundred and fifty people that joined us that evening. It has been a night to remember. Thank you to all that helped prepare the food for the evening, it was delicious and we have been receiving rave reviews on how excellent the dishes were. God knows there was enough variety to cater for all individual tastes. Thank you to both our parents who have made our transition into this new home and the next step we have taken in our commitment to each other a fulfilling experience. To put it simply the night was absolutely BRILLIANT and it was everything I had imagined it to be. There is nothing better than being surrounded by our closest friends and families when celebrating such an important time in our life together.
Thank you to our bridal party, my best man Adam and Donna’s maid of honor, Anna. You were relentless and tireless throughout the event; we would have struggled without your assistance. Last but not least the biggest thank you is reserved for my fiancée, Donna. You’ve delivered once again, full of class, imagination and as my mum said, executed to perfection. It hasn’t been easy to plan such an event and at times we irritated each other with trivial things but we pulled through. Your judgment is impeccable and I’m lucky to have you by my side, to grow old and to achieve many more milestones to come.
So where do we go from here? On to the wedding in 2011 I suppose, with the help of a wedding planner, I look forward to the biggest day of our lives as being hassle free and stress free!
